Medicover Student Insurance Claims

Please print and complete the Medicover Claim Form and return by post to

Claims Department, O’Driscoll O’Neil, 17/18 Herbert Place, Dublin 2.

Along with all accompanying receipts and other information. You can also email your claim form, along with accompanying receipts and information to Amy Guinan on our Education team at aguinan@odon.com

Sports Incident/Injury Reports

Please notify Danielle Dowling at ddowling@odon.com of the incident or injury as soon as possible after occurence. Please include the name of the injured party, the date the injury or incident occured, and the location where the incident or injury occured.

All Other Claims

Please contact Danielle Dowling at ddowling@odon.com to notify us of any potential claims. We will then be in touch directly to advise you of how to proceed.
