What to do:

Please keep supporting documents safe such as your medical bills, receipts and police report numbers if required.as you will need them to make your claim. Always obtain written confirmation of any travel delay or cancellation from the airline, ferry, railway or coach operator etc.

Take all possible precautions for the safeguarding your belongings.If any of your belongings are lost or damaged, please within 24 hours (e.g. police, airline, hotel etc) and obtain an official report.Keep all receipts, accounts and documentary evidence, as you will need them to make your claim.Do not agree to pay any potential claim against you for personal liability without consulting your claims team first.
